3D Prints: Are made from PLA, the most commonly used 3D Printing Material.
Some precautions with PLA include: 
Do not place in direct sunlight for extended periods of time. 
Do not place in areas that may exceed 85 degrees fahrenheit for extended periods.

Laser Engraved Items: Items are that engraved or cut are done with laser.  Therefore, some items such as leather or wood may have soot or dark burn edges where the cut has taken place.  Wood/Leather items in particular may also have a “burnt smell” to them.  

Acrylic Items are cut and engraved from Cast Acrylic.  Cast acrylic is usually 3mm to 6mm in thickness (1/8 inch to 1/4 inch).  Despite the toughness of Acrylic it can be scratched, it can break and can crack, so please use caution when assembling the item or using it. We test fit all our Acrylic items prior to shipping to ensure things work as expected or designed.

Metal: coated metal, anodized aluminum alloy, and anodized titanium steel

Leather: genuine, synthetic, faux leather.Coated Metal (Engrave Only)

Glass (Engrave Only) float glass, insulated glass, frosted glass, tinted glass…etc. Please note that glass that is too hard or too thin may lead to break.

Rock (Engrave Only)

Acrylic: all colors and all types, including translucent, mirrored, opaque and clear acrylic.

Others: EVA foam, felt pad, plastic, rubber, paper, cork and cardboard.

No.  Due to the Nature of our products and the customization of them we DO NOT offer Returns or exchanges. 

However….  If you have an issue with a product please contact us so we can attempt to make it right.

Also If an item arrives with a misspelling or defect that we can fix on our end, then we will work with you find a solution and or replace the item.
